Self-manufacturing high quality graphene prepreg and EPM techniques have improved durability and increased torsional stiffness. We use laser to measure the center and jigs to manage the process more accurately. Equipped with our own EN test machine, the test is carried out under conditions up to 50% harsher than the regulations to produce high-quality products.

WIAWIS bikes are designed to meet the most demanding customer requirements. Also, we are developing with close cooperation and continuous feedback from the national players in the design, manufacturing and field testing process.
WIAWIS's aero frames and aero components are designed by applying feedback through simulations such as CFD and FEA and wind tunnel testing during the development phase. Structural and air resistance analysis is an important part of the development phase.
In line with the trend of requiring aerodynamic efficiency, WIAWIS has integrated the frame, components and shaped the tubing of the frame into an aerodynamic form.
The main parts of the WIAWIS road bikes are designed, built and assembled on our own. Functionally, it provides better compatibility with each components and frames, which is also why a quick warranty response is possible.
